Who can apply?

Graduates of 11th grade (or equivalent complete secondary education in other countries)
Applicants with foreign education certificates (equivalent to Ukrainian)
Individuals who have already studied at another university but want to transfer or start a new major

Admission stages

Submitting an application

Online via the university website or in person at the office. Fill out the application form and upload the documents.

Interview or motivation letter

Format — online/offline. Purpose — to understand the applicant’s motivation, level of conscious choice of profession, and determine prior knowledge. The motivation letter should contain a description of achievements, skills, an explanation of the choice of profession, described goals in education and profession, and life interests. The quality of writing will also be taken into account: spelling, punctuation, vocabulary, text structure (introduction, argumentation, conclusion), volume 2 A4 pages, font 14 times New Roman, line spacing 1.15.

Entrance testing (if necessary)

May include:
General skills test (logic, critical thinking)
Language proficiency test (English/Polish)

Signing the contract and paying for tuition

After confirmation of admission, the contract is signed, and payment is made for the selected package in a manner convenient for you.

A package of documents for admission

To apply, the applicant must collect a package of documents:

copies of a document (one of the documents) proving identity;
copies of the certificate of assignment of the taxpayer’s registration number (RNOCCP);
4 color photographs measuring 3 x 4 cm;
copies of military registration documents (for those liable for military service – military ID or temporary certificate of military service;

for conscripts – certificate of registration with the conscription office; for reservists – military ID);
notification of familiarization with the Rules of military registration of conscripts, persons liable for military service, and reservists, signed by the applicant;
copies of documents confirming the applicant’s right to special conditions for participation in the admission campaign (if available);
copies of documents confirming previous education, on the basis of which admission is carried out, information about which is not available in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education.

Golden Year is recognized as a full academic year. After it, you can easily enter the 2nd year of any specialty.

Conscious choice of specialty: after a year of master classes, career guidance, and practical meetings with specialists, the student clearly understands who they want to be, which industry to choose, and what the professional reality looks like from the inside.

This is a year of university-style learning: students already have experience with seminars, essays, and projects; they are familiar with academic requirements; they are adapted to the academic workload; they know how to work with sources, plan their time, and prepare presentations.

Intensive study of English and Polish during the Golden Year. Students have the opportunity to attend internships in their profession, so they will already have professional experience, not just academic experience.
