This Agreement applies to all Internet services, Internet sites, and Internet products (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Sites” and individually as “Site”) provided by the Internet resource https://university.ap.education/. This Agreement is a contract of adhesion, indicating the user’s full acceptance of this Agreement and confirming their agreement with the terms and conditions set out below.
COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

- To submit a reasoned request for the alteration or destruction of their personal data by any owner and manager of personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
- To protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or defamatory to the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual;
- To lodge complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or with a court;
- To apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;
- To make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
- To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- To be aware of the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
- To be protected against automated decisions that have legal consequences for them.
CHANGES TO THE POLICY
This Policy may be amended and supplemented periodically and without prior notice to the user, including in the event of changes in legal requirements.
